Main Changes
The latest version of Avail has incorporated the necessary updates in light of regulatory changes taking place on 1st November 2007 which include the new COBS rules and suitability reports. You will notice there are a number of subtle changes within the Avail system, especially within the cover letters which will make it easier for you to record client objectives and soft facts. Our section on risk analysis has also been improved to more clearly explain the client’s objectives and attitude to risk going forward.

Other Changes
We are extremely pleased to announce that our popular Trust Report section has been reworked and produced in association with Anne Young - Senior Technical Manager at Scottish Widows. We are currently working on further collaborations with some of our other reports, which we will inform you of shortly.
