We have recently enhanced our Suitability Solution to make life even easier for Advisers. When constructing Suitability Letters, not only do we now show when you have visited a section to add paragraphs (by means of a green tick which shows you have visited a section), a red tick will show if you have added any paragraphs from that section. This makes it even easier to navigate through our system. In addition to this, when you have amended any fields, the colour of the field will change from yellow to green. This will ensure you can tell at a glance which fields have been edited and which still need visiting. In addition to this, the scrolling of the Suitability Letter created online now moves in line with the last paragraph entered, making viewing of work in progress easier.
Other enhancements include:Large reports can now be saved in their entirety. The issue of paragraph spacing within the Custom Paragraphs facility has now been addressed. Lastly, the Edit Existing Letters facility has been amended to ensure that Standard Users are unable to view any letters created by other users within their adviser firm.
