We have made a number of enhancements to Avail as detailed below. This update is available on all Avail platforms including e-Suitability.

All provider profiles have been updated with the latest data. Neptune, Nucleus, Sarasin, SippCentre and Parmenion have also been added into this section.
Additional paragraphs have been added to cater for S2P being switched between Personal Pensions. We have also added additional paragraphs to the SIPP section now that S2P benefits can be held in this environment.
Changes have been made to our Equity Release sections, allowing caveats for a forced sale scenario.
Additional warnings have been added explaining the additional interest payable on arrangement fees if added to a mortgage or lifetime mortgage.
Specific Risk Analysis added for Sesame and Whitechurch Network members.
