Avail Online has been upgraded to correct a Microsoft Word formatting issue. Previously, after completing a suitability letter in Avail Online and exporting this to Microsoft Word on the users PC, formatting such as Bullet Points and Justified text were difficult to complete. The upgrade has enabled formatting to be completed without these issues.
